Searcy School District
The Searcy School District is committed to providing students with a quality education. Over 3,800 students are served on six campuses across the city. In 2008, the school district completed the construction of the Performing Arts Center at Searcy High School and renovations at Ahlf Junior High School and Westside Elementary School. The construction of tennis courts on the Searcy High School Campus is underway.
Students have access to the finest technology in the classrooms with over 1,200 computers in the district. Each school has content-filtered access to the internet. The district offers a challenging educational learning climate through high quality curricula including gifted & talented programs, special education, advanced placement courses and technology. The Searcy School District is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges.
For the last four years the Searcy Public School District has been designated as a Golden Apple School by THV Channel 11 Television Station in Little Rock, Arkansas. This prestigious award is based on the student’s performance on Benchmark and End of Course Examinations and ranks them among the top ten school districts in the state of Arkansas. Three out of the fours years, Searcy Public Schools has been ranked second in the state for high performance.

Riverview School District
The Riverview School District is comprised of five schools located in Kensett, Judsonia and Searcy. The district serves 1,300 students and is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges.
The school district is committed to helping students succeed, which can be seen through the many programs in place to support students and their families. Student programs include Gifted & Talented, vocational education and a variety of special services. Cornerstone Christian and Liberty Christian Schools are also located in Searcy. Liberty Christian School is an independent, community-supported, Christian school. Certified teachers, the A-Beka Book curriculum and class size limits of fifteen students ensure academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment. Average enrollment in each is under 75 students.
