Family & Friends Consignments & Gifts Celebrates New Location

Family & Friends Consignments & Gifts held a ribbon cutting in honor of the opening of their new location at 1520 East Race Ave Suite A. in Searcy.   A unique consignment and gift shop offering a wide variety of new and used merchandise including antiques, clothing, accessories, shoes and furniture.  They also carry gifts including a new jewelry line, handmade bows and headbands.

Janet Teague, owner, said "Consignment is a great way to make room in your home and closet while making money and we do all the work.  This means more time for you to enjoy doing things you want to be doing!”

Having been in business for nearly a year, Teague decided to move the location closer in town.   She prayed about it "God lead me to this spot.  Really, I was driving by this location and he just told me to go in and ask if it was for rent" said Teague.  She credits her success to her family, friends and church family at Souls Harbor.
She is praying that her business will continue to grow and will allow her the opportunity to hire someone in need of a job.   The store is open Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  They accept consignments by appointment only and can be reached at 501-278-5512.
